Rain Water Collecting and Lying Under Decking Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I have a problem with an amount of water lying under my decking. There seems to be a smallish hole in the ground under the decking and rain water is collating there. Is there any way of draining the water from this hole under the decking without removing the decking? I’m looking to get new decking and get the hole filled at some point this year but don’t want to have to take it up before then
