Hi there we moved into our house three years ago now for a couple of years we have struggled with rats in winter in cavities and the loft, after theee drain surveys a lot of bait and environmental healths help we have found that the previous owner seems to of used what looks like a plastic bag to seal the end of the old kitchen sink waste so they are getting under our floors now is it possible to somehow get someone to actually seal it off without ripping up the lovely marble floor that’s in we are having a nightmare and if we can’t sort it I don’t know what weevil do please help Thankyou a kitchen extension went on which is the problem
