Hi,
I have an old vic end terrace house with the kitchen to the back and only one bathroom.
I want to relocate the kitchen door (its a load bearing wall) to make space for an extended enclosed space under the stairs (by the internal wall) where I want to fit a wc and shower. The main waste pipe runs just by the kitchen's external wall and the kitchen has a concrete floor. The place has high ceilings so could raise the shower and toliet to accomodate a drop in the pipes to meet regs.
The kitchen needs a redeoration anyway so damage to the floor tiles wouldnt be the end of the world.
Has anyone ever done a job like this? Any tips?
