Hi

Just wondering if this long panel in between the trusses is there for support. I’m trying to insulate the loft and it’s becoming a pain to get round.

Ideally removing it would be so much easier but not 100 sure of purpose

This is a piece of timber fitted to hold the trussed rafters in place during construction. You can remove it.
