how do you remove a bathroom subfloor under a load baring wall

With great difficulty. Assuming that you are planning to replace it and leave the wall in place the best place to start might be by getting a structural engineer involved.

The process is likley to involve accuprops to hold the wall in place while the floor is removed.

Before removing a bathroom subfloor under a load baring wall,you should consult experienced contractor.Otherwise it will be harmfull to you.Surely he give you a great help.
