How do I remove 12"X12" porcelin tiles from a concrete base without breaking them.

Most likely with a great deal of difficulty! Tiles react to removal encouragement differently and the adhesive used and the substrate all can make a difference.

Don't forget they tend to shatter like glass unlike ceramic tiles.
