when we first moved into our brand new property some of the slightly stippled artex on ceilings started to crack.Builders put some inch wide self adhesive tissue paper from a roll onto the cracked section to mask it then paint over--it was brilliant.we have now found other sections now need doing but builders no longer here and noone has heard of it.Can you help please
