Post by Dannya89 » Sat Jul 02, 2016 7:33 pm

Hi i want to replace my garage roof it is currently a concrete roof and have been told to replace it. Would i have to take it off and replace with a joist roof and then rubber? Secondly the floor is very uneven could i possibly screed over or would i have to take it up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

If your roof is a flat roof I would go with a metal roof. It will last you long and is great for braving the elements, I'm not sure what the weather is like where you are but its good for all conditions. Many metal roofs can be customized to look great but I think for your purposes you will not need that. I am a roofer in Canada and I would rcommend a metal roof to my clients if they are looking for something to last long with little attention paid to it. Only downside would be the high cost. I hope this helps.

Stevie.
