Hi,

We currently have 15 glass panel stained doors, we are in too minds as to whether we should replace with white primed doors or not. what do you suggest?

Should we replace our 15 glass panel wood stained doors with white?

Why? keep the doors, paint them white.

Can you not just paint the doors, you will lose a lot of light if you take out your glass panelled ones.
Just put masking tape on the glass first. It is worth the time, easier than cleaning the glass afterwards
we are just replacing our hollow plain brown doors with glass panelled ones
:-) to make our place lighter.

It is a lot easier to just paint the doors too as hanging new ones can be nightmare, they rarely fit, as we are finding, so unless you have loads of money and get someone in to do the carpentry or are prepared to spend hours fitting, taking down planing sawing and re-fitting them. then adding the door furniture etc.
In my mind it is too much work. you can always change your door handles to give a different look too. that is easier as the holes are already there.

We still have one to finish and five more doors to fit. beginning to think open plan is better!!! ;-)
hope this helps you decide
