Replacing Light Switch but is it Wired up Correctly?

by trimley-dave » Fri May 17, 2019 3:22 pm

Replacing an old light switch. Surprised to find it had 3 red leads, 2 of which were wired into "Common". I have replaced the switch with the new one, and wired the 2 red ones that were in Common to "COM" and the other one into "1". Everything works but I'd like reassurance that I've wired them correctly.
