Replacing Old Single Panel Radiator With Double Plus Radiator Help Needed All aspects of plumbing questions and answers, help, tips and information

I am trying to fit a new double plus radiator in place of an old, single panel radiator. The pipes, which come from a concrete floor, are too close to the wall and I can't seem to find an easy way of connecting to the new radiator valves. The pictures should help to describe my problem. I'm sure there's any easy fix that someone can suggest......Please?!
