Good afternoon peops!
I am looking to purchase a small property to renovate and live in, it is in a good location but the building itself is not in great condition.
One big issue with this property is damp, and from looking at the roof it appears the surrounding buildings effectively flow onto the roof of this one and then it sits in a big V and gets trapped. To add to this it is full of rubble.
So my question here is what are the options for rectifying this roof? The property in question is the one in the middle and has a standard Inverted V type roof then an upwards sloping section to the back. Behind this is a small courtyard owned by someone else.
