The resent bad weather has forced action.
I am soon to undertake putting sarking under my roofing tiles.
The sarking I intended using was 18mm OSB Board however this is expensive compared to 18mm MOISTURE RESISTANT CHIPBOARD FLOORING this product works out at 1/3 less cost and has T&G which in my mind sounds a better finish job. I have reserched both products and cant find any major diffrance in there manufacture or propeties.
This will be covered in a tiling underlay (Membrane).
My question is... Would this be OK to use.
