The above combi fires up when asking for hot water or central heating but only fires up for 5-10 seconds and then the lockout light illuminates.
Anyone can help on this matter please.

I am presuming this is a Thema F30e... In which case you should get an error code displaid as well as the lockout LED....


What is this error code?

I would suggest a Corgi registerd gas service engineer, and preferably a new boiler from a decent manufacturer next time
