I recently caught a TV advertising slot on Ideal (Can't remember exact name) and they were demonstrating and extolling the virtues of the "Scale-Wizard" limescale reduction/removal device.

Has anyone any experience of the effectiveness of this product or similar, please. Any advice will be gratefully received since I live in a very hard water area and I think I have a hot water supply problem due to furring.
