I have laid old pamments to the floor of an open porch. Has anybody ideas for what I should seal them with to prevent frost damage

You need to consult with the manufacturer of your Pamments because they vary regionally in their construction mix. If you have grouted them already then you should go back and check the grout properties to ensure that it is able to cope with the extremes of temperature as well.
