tea stain

How can I remove a tea stain on a white bedside table that doesn't appear to be melamine, but a sort of flat/gloss coating over a cheap wood?

Fixing to walls

Can somebody please describe the best, secure mounting to hang mirrors/pictures/hanging baskets..... to Cumbrian stone walled houses? (Both out side and inside please).
