I think a warm roof is a better option for you. you bought a warm roof instead of replacing it. but you have the possibility of replacing polycarbonate with OSB. better option near to me purchase roof
It's a common problem, I am not sure you are talking about sink tape or simple If you are using with a sink faucet, check the supply valves underneath it move it counterclockwise until they will go to open them entirely.
