Alternative to Plastic Looking Similar to Glass for Conservatory Roof

I have what I call a conservatory, it's basically a lean to with glass doors and a plastic roof. Is there any alternatives to plastic, something that looks like glass? We have had various plastic roofs that all look shabby.
Thank you for any help

Wash basin pedestal

Hello. I have dropped the top of a tube down the bathroom sink plughole, so now the water barely runs away. The pedestal covers all the pipes and bends
How do I remove the pedestal so I can clear the blockage?
Thank you
