How to remove water-based paint from cabinets?

When painting a ceiling in my kitchen, I accidentally made several paint marks on my new kitchen cabinets. The cabinets made from a laminated chip board, it has some 'texture" with tiny grooves which will make the paint removal even more difficult. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. It has...

Thank you for your reply Stoneyboy. I understand now that it would not be possible to raise the wall units significantly using the adjustment mechanism. I wouldn't really like to disassemble the kitchen either as this is a new kitchen, and was stressful enough to get it fitted. I guess I would have ...

I would really appreciate an advice. The kitchen company had recently installed me an outside tap. Within a couple of weeks the handle screw went rusty. What is the best to do about this?
