A trellis is the usual solution. Fix 6’x4”x1” treated planks to your existing posts and then fix a 1’ trellis to suit.

Hmmmm, Carl it seems like I said it would be easier to just dig it by hand than start dismantling and rebuilding plant machinery. A couple of good keen men can move quite a bit of earth in a day. The money and time you are going to invest would be better spent on manpower. Sometimes it is what it is...

Depends how fast the curve is. They will sit in place on a VERY slight curve. After that you can point/cement the gravel boards in place. A faster curve still and you will need to double up on your fence posts.
