Hanging doors. Leading edge.

Is there any benefit in putting a leading edge on the hinge side of an internal door?

The doors are solid, but I was thinking would the door look peculiar if the head sloped so much. Do you compromise having a sloping head with an uneven gap between the top of the door and the frame?

I am going to replace my existing internal doors. My house is nearly 100 years old. The existing door casings are not perfect i presume due to settlement. I'm hanging new doors throughout my house. I have hung 2 external doors. I use a Trend hinge jig. The 2 external doors have been hung and when the doors (before any locks have been fitted) are fully closed you can feel a slight pressure in the hinges, forcing the door to spring open.
