If it was working as it should, and now it isn't and it has not been altered or adjusted I would suggest the unit has failed, and as it is sealed the only option you have is to replace it. Outside PIR light.

Looking for advice on a PIR security light. Was working fine but now comes on for 30 secs then off. Then back on 10 secs later for another 30 secs. Ok so I got a Multimeter one brown wire is live the other is showing no reading so guessing it’s dead. So will need to replace the cable. Not even sure the 15 amp fuse wire hadn’t gone years ago as theres nothing else not working before I replaced the wire.
I am going to get a Multimeter to check the wiring. Thanks.
