Thank you. Only just found your reply, it was in my junk folder. I’ve sent approximate measurements to the installer but as yet have had no reply. Your information will help me to get an idea of what to expect.

Thank you. The glass units were manufactured and installed by the same company. However proving fault would be hard. I’m just concerned now I’ll get a fair price as I’ve no idea what replacement units and labour cost. Thanks again.

I had all my windows replaced in 2009. Since then I have had 10 misted units. The guarantee covered 7 of these but since then I have had another three that have failed. The installer also manufactured the glass units but that part of the business no longer exists. Although l‘ve been offered replacem...
