It was a week.. I've asked him for my copy invoice and also guarantees for items, but he's not giving me anything despite asking 3 times, twice by text and once verbally. Thank you for your reply. He did come out but basically refused to replace the tray which is the main thing. I'm now getting quotes for fix it all, it's embarrassing, like he never even fitted a lock on the toilet door that was replaced when I ask where the Lock was he said 'what do you need a lock ...
