Hi there, does anyone know the correct name for these inside pane shutters? I've just moved into a flat and interested to see if there's any better options to bring these shutters up to date or if there's any other options that are abit more pleasing on the eye ... however, I'm not sure what they're...

Hello, I’ve just moved into a flat and on every water appliance is a note reading “do not use water system drained down”. The flat runs on a water cylinder storage tank. I’ve twisted both valves above the tank as far around to the open position as possible (and switched on the pump beside the tank),...
