Hello, I have just moved house and it has a conservatory door eurolock which was just spinning. I have removed the lock but can’t unlock with an Allen key. This is what I see from the inside IMG_8592.jpeg and outside IMG_8594.jpeg Anyone know how to get the door open? Many thanks for the help.
