hi if it was me i would put your ladder on the gutter the push the clip back in but i am a roofer by trade if your not sure get some one in dont risk falling for a ten min job as you said good look

you can go to a builders merchants and buy as many as you like. if you can take one with you they will order you how many you want how to fit . they are easy to fit if you push the two tiles above the broken one then place the new one in you dont have to nail it cos with tiles the weight holds them ...

roof vent

you can buy a tile vent and it goes in same as a tile you have to cut your felt in to a T shape and then the vent will fit in it comes with a peace what fits on the back then your pipe will fit on to it make sure you put some tape around it.you can also get a slate one but they are more harder to fit
