usually you would have standard hinges with a rebate in the door or draw for your fingers to fit behind, no handles required, but correct doors required.

always get three quotes from independant people, and include the gas board, there prices are high but once they tell you whats wrong you can source cheaper labour

you should buy laminate underlay with a built in damp proof membrane, its silver foil on the reverse side, when you lay the underlay turn it up the wall a few inches and cover it with your skirting board, any moisture will expand the timber and bubble the floor, you should also consider storing the ...

i would strongly reccomend not installing a chemical dpc, the house was designed to pull damp through the brickwork and breath to atmosphere, the problem will probably be lots of layers of vynyl warterproof paint that can't breath, if you install chemical dpc's you will get excessive warter below re...

Probably a damaged ballcock on your tank allowing warter in, it is possible to ajust them but if it has failed turn off the warter supply and replace it, they are cheap and very easy to replace
