Possessed shower pump

Hi, Our shower pump has developed a fault. You set the temperature to where you want it and after a minute or two it starts running cold. You can only rest it by turning the water off an on again but this is no guarantee that it won't occur again. Any thoughts? Is it in fact the fault of the pump? T...
