Hi, It is a gas fire but the boiler is in another room. It really does get a draft thorugh though even with the cover on so it seems rather bizarre!

Ventilation brick in lounge

We have a ventilation brick in our lounge and it blows in constantly freezing cold air. The gas fire is in the middle of the lounge wall and this is at the far end. is there anyway i can stop it blowing cold air in? On the outside is a curved "hood" facing downwards but it doesnt stop the ...
