irregular cracks in exterior render

I have a few irregular cracks in my exterior render .I have chased one of them out to a gap of about half inch,filled with exterior filling and sealed and painted with masonory paint,but it keeps washing out.
What can I do??

I have chased out a hairline crack to about half inch ,tried filling it with exterior filler then sealing and painting with masonory paint but it keeps washing out.Help.

Noisey pipes

my cold water pipes are very noisey and vibrate when cistern is flushed,opening a cold water tap stops the noise,Please help!!
