Bed light

Can someone help me please. I want to wire a bed light above my bed and lose the cables in the wall and have a string pully to switch the light on/off. I'm assuming the cable goes up to the ceiling and is wired to the ceiling rose providing light to the bedroom. This rose has 4 wires going into it. ...

combi boiler

I have managed to @up@ the pressure on my combe boiler to 2.5 bar. I think this is too high and want to reduce it to 1.0 bar. How do I do that??
