Grout Shrinkage

When grouting I always have to do a second grout as small holes appear in the first coat as it shrinks down.

Is this normal?

Is there a way to apply the grout to ensure it requires one application only?

Fine Glaze Cracks

After tiling a bathroom wall I have fine lines (cracked glaze) appear on some of the tiles which have been cut. These were not visible when I put the tiles on the wall but have appeared later.

Any ideas how to disguise or repair these fine cracks

The toilet is a coupled not with the L connector.

I have fitted a flexible waste pipe but it has a good drop on it.

thank you
I have checked the water level and it is at maximum level.
It seems to be more the speed and/or volume at which the water enters the pan which is a problem

WC Flush

I have just finished installing a new toilet and when it is flushed it is not strong enough to empty all the contents from the pan.

Can the cistern be adjusted to fix this?

WC flush pressure

I have just installed a new toilet and the flush is so weak it does not remove the contents from the pan first time.
Is there an adjustment on the cistern to change flush pressure?
