Thanks for the replies - I was thinking I would have to replace the wedges (which would be a bit of a pain), or use some battens along the bottom of the skirting. I may have to plane the battens, but probably easier than relacing the wedges??

Hi, Had our living room re-plastered and going to fit laminate floor for the floor covering. We had to have a chemical injection damp proof, so the new plaster starts at approx 4" above the floorboards on the walls with the damp proofing. I removed the old skirting (and wedges) and will be repl...
