How do i tell if theres any paste left before applying paint on the wall ? I cant see any paste left but i have used wallpaper stripper and on one wall no matter how many times i have been washing it with hot water this white soapy stuff, i think its the wallpaper stripper is getting on the sponge A...

Paint or Wallpaper ?

I want to re-do my flat, the wallpaper is quite old but i want to know if i should use paint or use wallpaper? Some people say that wallpaper keeps the room warm and if you paint the room in the winter the room will feel even colder even with the heating on. Is this true? I live in a flat on the top...
