boiler problems

i have a alpha280e combi . when cold pressure is 1bar turn on heating half way pressure rises to 3+bar then blasts off then when cold again presure is too low 0.5 any ideas please.

hello there i dont know what size you need but you tried soaking normal plaster board with water then bending to shape easy to do and dries ok

hello there is this a terrace house is the problem in front room alcove , thats normal. what i would do if skirting is off already lift a few boards n pack joists with plastic wedges dont be suprised if joists ends are a little rotten option :if so to solve lift a few more boards n replace joists in...

hi there its ventalation you need first ie a fan ;you can buy damp seal paint from most diy shops bnq for 1 but without ventalation it will only return.

hi there the best way is get into loft mark position of new hatch then temp screw 3x2 timbers bridging joists that need cutting frame out new hole before removing timbers .as for the plaster dont have any idea tin snips would do to cut mesh either way your patching plaster sorry

hello there sounds like rad blocked shut of one valve open other full then try to bleed then do opposite valve n bleed ,undo bleed nipple a little more . if no joy get a new rad 700x700 rad cheap enough from bnq

hello there yes you can leave them but while they are uncovered consider : are the clay and damaged due to you diggin footings so easy to do if so replace with plastic then you can tap into platic to include toilets or wotever its so easy now you have it dug out: dont bother with screwed down manhol...

hello there dont mess about using concrete dropped off at door ive just completed an extension 6x3 mtr footings were prepared concrete came barrowed in done in less than 40 mins couple off hours for 2 men easy the hard way ezimix if your in the north east

hello there you would create a room approx 6x8 ft in front bedroom or cupboard above stair well .i have just done mine to create ensuite only stealing a few foot off master bedroom. only problem was re routing waste
