Hi Andrew what was the final out come of your problem on this situation, my daughter is having a similar problem. I am sure that her problem is due to the fact that its a 2 pumped system i/e 1 for the DHW & 1 for the C/H and that the dhw pump is regulated wrong although i am yet to confirm this.

how can I increase the water pressure from a tank that is fed from a well via a tank in the loft which is about 30 feet from the top of the loft foor to the washing machine filler tap. the pump feeding the loft has a lift of over 30 meters. Would a pressure vessel do the job and if so how and where ...

High Dave at the mo we have given up on trying to sort out the radbecause my daughter said she will leave it till the chap comes to service the oil boiler in the summer, and she will ask him as to what he thinks should be done to solve the problem

Dave I forgot to mention micro bore was only just started to be used as a system just as I left so I am not fimillar with the workingsof it other than i have it in my house.

Hi Dave, answer to the question about the boiler, its in what was once the garage now converted to a lounge with a section of it partitioned off to make a utillity room.and as for the pumps like i said they are in the loft space right down near the roof meets the walls in other words you have to lie...

yes it can!! if only the selector switch is set to c/h, there are 2 sliding levers. its a Honeywell ST699/ST799 programmer
