I have a shared household waste with my neighbour. I would like to know how do I cap off the existing waste pipe in the adjoining wall and put in an external independant waste for my bathroom and my kithen (which is directly below the bathroom). Wiring an electric cooker

I have bought a new electric cooker and the wire from the consumer unit to the cooker control unit is still there but i cant tell what the wire size is as it is the old fashioned wiring (black and red) twinned with earth. My first question is, is there any way I can find out the size of this wiring?...

It is a loud clunking noise when the heating starts up. It sounds like the pipes are bashing against the wooden joists. Could this bee what the problem is. The ne system was put in about 4 years ago.

Noisy pipes when the central heating comes on

Every time the central heating comes on the pipes start making funny noise. We have a combi boiler and hav bled the radiators more often than i care to remember. Please help me as it is keping us awake at night its that bad.
