NCS - Not to Current Standard? Yes this was it. Basically, BG said that if it wasn't done by this year, my Baxi would fail the safety test.
Any idea what sort of DIY job it is? Cheers

Loft Conversion

My house has a room in its loft. Its been there for at least 25 years, but definately not part of the original build. When I come to sell the house, am I likely to fall foul of surverys, building reg issues etc? it seems to have been done well and has all the usual things you'd expect from a proper ...

Air vent size

What is the minimum size for an air vent to comply with gas central heating regs. Checked in Projects, but couldn't find an answer :?
