bonding out a ceiling????

can i use bonding as an undercoat to plaster an uneven concrete ceiling which has been artexed and then skim over the bonding i know 2 coats of multi finish will do the job but the artex has been wallpapered which i have striped off but its hard to get every tiny piece of paper off and with the ceil...

what is float and set

is this undercoat plaster then skimon top

what is the correct way to apply undercoat ie bonding or hardwall to breezeblock to make sure it is level and even across the wall

any advice would be great

i have done quite a few tiling jobs but always struggled with th finishing grout part so this time i tried using your advice with excellent results and alot of time saved

best way to grout

what is the best technque for grouting without making a mess of the tiles obviously its best to remove as much grout of the tiles before it dries but what is the best way without messing up the grout itself

also should the grout be brought up flush with the tile!!!

I have look at the diy projcet but fee i need a little more advice as iv look on screwfix and the only stop bead i have found is 12mm surely this is too big for skimming

could anyone advise me more on this subject please

hi there please put me out my misery, if i am skimming a 15ft wall with an external corner but not actullay skimming round the corner what would i use for a nice straight edge finish obviously if i was skimming round the corner i'd use angle bead so what beading would i use and how to fix this thank...
