As you have paid for building regs. make use of them by asking advice and if necessay getting a site visit. I received a pack from my local building control office which included a cd rom with loads of useful stuff on. I'm sure it included a chart on trimmers.

Resin fixing bolts

Can anyone tell me how resin fixing is done? I have two lengths of 8x2 to fix to a brick wall and have been advised to use this fixing system. A detailed explanation would be good.

New pan connector or not?

I am fitting a new toilet pan, same model as the old one so it is a straight swap. The pan connector has been on for about six years. Will the seals be okay or should I fit new connectors?
