plywood is very suitable for the bathroom floor half inch or abve (marine ply is very very exspensive and mainly for boats and underwater) hope this helps

3 inch will be fine if they are 35 milometers thick doors which is standard internal size. hinges 6 innch down from top nine inches up from bottom and middle one in the center of the other two hinges not of door

you piecesp of softwood plained to size and glued together to make your center pannel it will match in perfectly but dont glue the pannel into the grove of the softwood frame always leave it loose for movement

dont worry about tiles and wall behind thebase units as this will not be seen when the new kitchen is fitted just make good the walls between wall and base units

if you have a nice new white suit why not fit a piece of upvc fascia board to the window seal it looks very clean and is easy to wipe down and needs no maintainence just cut to size and glue down (assuming you have upvc windows that is) hope this helps

you would usually lay the floor long ways as it has more of an inviting feel when you open the front door to others but if you want the hallway to feel bigger and wider you would lay it width ways hope this helps

when laying a floating t+g chipboard floor over screed and polystirene should all joints be glued or just pushed together and left
