garage conversion, flat roof ventiation

Hi I want to convert my garage to a living room but don't want to replace the relatively new flat roof so am looking at a cold roof ventilation system. The joists on the roof run back to meet the house perpendicularly so need some sort of ventiation for the air gap here. Does anyone have good ideas,...

Hi Ross
I am doing a very similare project, need to insulate a garage roof
which ajoins the house and joists run back to the house .
Would like to use a cold roof system, but need some way of
venting the airgap where roof meets house.
Did you find a product?
