I have a very similar problem.
The cistern refills, but incredibly slowly.
I have opened it up, to try and see what is going on, the valve (i think) is spraying water out in a fine mist rather than filling the cistern quickly.
Can i fix this, or do i need to buy a new valve?
Really confused.
