re ring mane tripping

hi re my last question i have since found when i remove live and earth from the consumer unit of the downstairs ring and probe them i get 12 volts showing on the fluke.

ring mane trips

hi, i have installed a ring main upstairs and one downstairs. the problem is my downstairs ring is tripping the rcd, i have checked all 9 sockets all cables are correct and earths insulated i have used a fluke to check the ring is correct and i do get continuity. can some body give me any advice. ma...
