i am desperatly trying to make a 25mm hole in a very solid porcellin tile and having little luck i brought a circular hole cutter dimond tipped kept it constantly wet and it took over a hour to drill one hole and the bit had had it , i then tried using the spear head cutter bits in 5mm and 8 mm and ...

wurth do a great product for cleaning off the pvc once the door has been scrapped off its called type 10 can get it from most pvc supplyers

also on the catchs on the door there are allen key adjustments or if its just the top catch which is out adjust the position of the keep on the door frame
