Hi - Is the roof still quiet??
I am building a study in the garden, and was thinking GRP is the way to go, as everyone says polycarbonate is noisy in the rain. I don't want to make a mistake.

Thanks

You could take of the plasterboard - then you will see where it is actually connecting to the rest of the house/room.... and discover more about it. The catch is, that if it turns out to be required you will have to re plasterboard it again.

Fit it so that the average person using it is looking into the middle of it - re the electric cable... assuming you have a few spare tiles, remove the offending tiles, channel the wire in and retile.

Hi Using a Sanishower or something like that is another thing to get blocked/go wrong, and you have to get the right electrics to it, you would be better to work out a way of getting the water out of the barn another way - can't you go out the exterior wall then take the waste around the outside of ...

I saw this post.... I have had the same problem.... be careful poisoning the beasts. They then die in inaccessible places and decompose slowly. We have had hordes of bluebottles for most of the summer - and rats (that I tried to poison) last winter. Eventually I gave up and called the rat man... (Fr...
