Telescopic Shower Rail

Hi, we have just had our bathroom retiled. We have a very small shower enclosure with a width of 59cm. We would prefer to use a telescopic shower rail, so we dont have to drill our new tiles. Does anyone know where we can buy such a small one from? Or can a longer pole but cut to measure?! Thank you
