Fibre glass water tank

Hello

Have installed a combination boiler and have no need for the water tank in the loft. A room has been built in to the loft and the available gap is too small to get the old fibre galss water tank out. I need the space for storage. How to break up the water tank?

Movement on double glaxed windows

Hello

I have a 7 pane bay double glazed window. There are now cracks between the windows and the frames ( after 12 years)

Is this serious or will mastic fill if it is just cosmetic?
